Seats
The majority of triple buggies are initially single pushchairs. However, some can convert to take a second seat or carrycot using adapters (these are usually more common in tandem buggies). You'll also see that some models let you include a ride-onboard for older children who would like to walk but require a little help.

Suspension
The quality of the suspension in a 3 wheeler pushchair off road-wheel double buggy is vital to how it will be easy for you and your baby/s to push. A smooth ride is crucial as babies can feel every bump on the road, particularly if it's on rough terrain like grass or dirt roads. Some models come with locking front tires to aid in maneuvering and navigating obstacles like curbs.
Some models have tyres with air filled that are great for all-terrain rides, but they are prone to punctures. Make sure you keep an extra set of tyres in the trunk. Some models have gel-filled or foam-filled tyres that are designed to cushion bumps. They can be less likely to puncture, but they may be uncomfortable for your child if you decide to jog.

The 16" rear wheels, combined with the lockable swivel wheels on the front, make it a very comfortable jogging experience. The Urban Glide 2 has a number of features, like an enormous seat unit that comes with a padded cover, hood with 50+ UV protection and rechargeable and easy-to use visibility lights.
Folding
A three-wheel double buggy can fold up very well to store it. There are models that fold flat and stand up (as as if they were a pushchair) and others that are able to open up to reveal more umbrella-style folding, with an operated break. The more wheels the buggy has, in general, the easier it is to maneuver on rough terrain. This is particularly true if your wheels are bigger than the typical size. You will have more stability, and it's less likely that you will need to flip or tip your child.
