The model is ordered as a regular Mulsanne, Mulsanne Speed or Mulsanne Long Wheelbase. It was inspired by a 1930 8 Litre Bentley owned by W.O. was using as his personal vehicle. The influence of the car can be seen in the cabin. For example the Mulliner illuminated bar cabinet houses a display with a piece of the 8 Litre crankshaft that is displayed inside.

Other highlights include a chrome-colored application running backwards along the side of the car, which has a photoetched B-shaped air vent that incorporates W.O. 's signature front grille designed on the 1930s-appropriate Onyx color of the limited edition, and an optional chrome strip that runs along the lower spoilers, left and right. The front grille is also distinctive, with a chrome shell instead of the standard body-color mesh like that of the standard Mulsanne and featuring the Flying B logo as well.

The key master bentley box is decorated with Bentley wings and has an ebony lining. Key pouches on their own can be purchased to complement or contrast the key box. The set is commemorative and includes an exact 1:18 scale model as well an air-borne "B" paperweight.
