SMART NAVIGATION
The robot will create a smart map of your home with Imprint technology, and then clean and mop. It will be able to recognize different types of flooring and pick up dirt, pet hair, and other debris. It utilizes Dual Multi-Surface Rubber Brushes that can flex to conform to your flooring type, loosening and lifting dirt to be absorbed by the Power-Lifting Suction.
The vacuum will return to its docking station automatically when the dust bin is full. The app will alert you when it's time to empty the dust bin so you can clean it and continue to vacuum. It also works with iRobot's self-emptying clean bases making it easy to clean your bins.
The product comes with some drawbacks. It's costly. Second, the documentation is very minimal, and there's absolutely nothing in the printed materials about how to fix issues with wifi connectivity. If you are able to overcome these minor issues, the iRobot Roomba Combo is a great investment for your home.

This vacuum cleaner and robot has an auto-empty storage container. This feature is a major benefit for busy households, since it decreases the frequency of emptying. It automatically emptys the debris into a larger bin that is located in its charging station. This can hold up to 60 days of waste, and is more convenient than a standard mop or vacuum that requires you to empty the bins.
Unlike some competitors the model doesn't make use of precision vision. Instead it relies on simple floor tracking and algorithm-based navigation. It may miss some spots within your home, and isn't as effective at avoiding obstacles like other models. However, it still is a great choice for getting rid of most debris, and is available for purchase at a very affordable price.
The Roomba Combo J5+ can be controlled by voice. It is compatible with Alexa-enabled devices such as Siri and Google Assistant. You can tell the Roomba how to start a cleaning, see its map, and create digital obstacles. The app is a great way to keep on top of your cleaning routines and adjust the schedule to suit your requirements.
The Roomba Combo J5+ makes an excellent choice for families that have a mix of carpets and hard floors. Roomba j9+ iRobot from iRobot
The Roomba j9+ is a great improvement on past Roomba improvements. Its improved intelligence and superb cleaning ability make it stand out from all of its rivals. It's designed to efficiently clean larger homes as well as those with pets, taking on dust, dirt pet hair, and other debris in both soft and hard floors. It's also the smartest iRobot Roomba ever, with advanced features like Dirt Detective and mopping automation that anticipates your cleaning needs.
The j9+, as its predecessor, utilizes iRobot PrecisionVision navigation technology and cameras that can detect the presence of obstacles within your home. The robot is able to navigate and avoid obstacles in your home, including furniture cords and shoes wires, as well as pet pee. The J9+ comes with a smaller and more furniture-friendly Clean Base.
After your robot vacuum that mops has cleaned a space, it docks at the Clean Base and its dirt bin is automatically emptied. The iRobot Home app records the results of each cleaning job and shows cleaned areas on your map. The app lets you select a specific time to vacuum and/or mop.
If you select a specific time to mop or vacuum, the iRobot Home app will let you know the estimated duration of cleaning. You can also choose the number of passes to clean (1, 2 or "room-size" which means that large rooms are cleaned once and smaller areas are cleaned twice to three times). You can also regulate the water level and power and bin behavior.
Another neat feature is the iRobot app's ability to review images. Whenever the robot encounters an obstacle it is unable to identify, it will take an image and send it to you to review. You can mark the object not as a problem or add Keep-Out Zones around it. The j9+ then avoids the object during subsequent tasks.
The mopping feature that is automatic is one of the main reasons why we prefer the J9+ to other robot vacuums. When you enable the SmartScrub option in the app the J9+ will mop stubborn dirt and debris that a regular vacuum is unable to remove. It also can detect and move away from coffee spills, wet spots and dirt. However, despite the numerous mopping functions that are best automatic vacuum the j9+ can't wash its mop pads automatically as some of its competitors.

If you're a fan robot vacuum cleaners but prefer the flexibility of a self-cleaning mop the SwitchBot is worth taking a look. The tiny robot combines the most desirable features of both categories into a sleek unit that blends seamlessly into your decor. It is able to vacuum and mop well and effortlessly navigates across different floor surfaces and is able to suction to tackle dust, pet hair, and dander.
The SwitchBot's compact size provides it with an advantage in areas that are cluttered where larger robots could struggle to navigate furniture. After connecting the SwitchBot to your Wi-Fi, it will display a panel on your phone that has quick buttons -- one to begin a cleaning task and another one to get rid of any clutter. You can also set up no-go zones so that the bot doesn't accidentally pick up items that you don't want it to.
During my testing, during my tests, the SwitchBot was able to navigate the apartment with ease and picked up crumbs and droppings on carpets and hard floors using the vacuum setting. Its smart navigation systems use LDS laser radar to make a blueprint of your home, which means it can precisely map the layout. The system also detects and avoids objects that are likely to get stuck or crushed by the robot.
If the vac setting is on the BrushBot's edge-sweeping feature spins and sweeps up any debris in its path. It can also reach underneath tables and chairs, making it a great option for homes that host lots of family gatherings. You can alter the speed, direction, and power of the vacuum motor by using the app's settings.
When the SwitchBot is set to mop mode, it will have disposable wipes on its underside which you can replace if they're empty. The wipes are less expensive and less wasteful than washable pads which are utilized by the majority of robotic mops. The wipes fit comfortably, preventing them from slipping out as they do on other robot mops. The robot also has a cleaning tool, which is typically tucked in a compartment that is located on the opposite side of the charging station.
