The sheer amount of features make it a very attractive option for anyone who is looking to replace their old mops and stick vacuums. It sat on carpets with longer piles a couple of times during my tests. However it could be improved by updating the software. The S1 Pro is an all-in-one robot that has lots of features at an affordable price.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock’s entry-level mop and vacuum cleaner but it does have some outstanding features. The dock's multifunction allows emptying the robot's dirtbag, refilling its water tanks and cleaning and sanitizing the mop pads is handled by the dock. The mopping system can clean a large area before returning to its dock. The vacuum's suction power is great for picking up pet hair and other debris that accumulates on carpets.

The software that runs this appliance is dense, with a wide variety of options to personalize the cleaning process. You can clean manually the entire area that this device maps or choose individual rooms, an expandable zone or a routine you've developed. There are many mopping options which include SmartPlan -- an algorithm that utilizes the mops' sensors to determine the most efficient method to tidy your home as it maps the area.

Like the other Roborock models we've tested like all the Roborock models we've tested, the Qrevo performs well in our tests. Its navigation system is robust, mapping rooms quickly and cleaning them in an organized way. Its 'Normal' pathing setting is excellent at covering a room, leaving no major gaps or missed areas. The Reactive Tech hazard avoidance system is quite reliable, too, though it's not as sophisticated as the color camera system on the Qrevo Master or the S8 Pro Ultra.
