Although it's not the tiniest double stroller, it comes with enough features that are worth a look. The low handle of the Cloud is a problem however, as it's at knee height, and not adjustable. It's difficult to push when your legs are hanging like that. And the absence of padding makes it even more difficult.

During our testing, we discovered that the Cloud was simple to set up and open. Close it can be a bit more difficult. You need to slide the slider before you press the large white button. It can be quite frustrating, especially if you're juggling kids while doing it.

The Cloud has a small but deep storage basket that could accommodate a medium-sized diaper bag. It's not the greatest width however, and you'll likely have to leave something inside to reach back to get it back. The Cloud comes with an adult tray and a child tray, each with two cup holders. Both are too small for larger bottles or cups.

Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS

Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS is a lightweight and minimalist double buggy with carrycot stroller that is great for travel. It weighs just 18 pounds which is less than other single strollers. It folds flat, making it easy to transport and store. It also features independently reclining seats and large All Terrain Double Buggy-weather SPF 50 sun visors with peekaboo windows and extra-large under-seat storage bags. The visors are adjustable to fit kids of various heights. It also has an integrated one-step parking brake that is Disney-sized approved.

The Joovy Kooper X2 tri-folds and is ultralight, similar to the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ Double or Mountain Buggy Nano Duo. It's pretty comparable to the Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS, but it has a few key differences. It's more expensive, but has a better sun canopy and better maneuverability. It also has a convenient carry strap that can hold children as heavy as 44 pounds per seat.

If you're looking for a stroller that is light in weight but also packed with features, look no further than Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+. It is not only incredibly lightweight, weighing just 13 pounds but also has a lot of storage options, including child and parent cupholders and a sippy-cup bag for the child as well as a pocket for storage for parents and so on.
