If you need to clean up messes quickly then a robot vacuum and mop is the way to go. The best robot vacuums and mop I tested had excellent navigation and mapping. They picked up Cheerios and fake dog turds, as well as wires that were strung up.
You can also schedule cleaning tasks with an app and monitor their progress.

Another noteworthy feature of the S8 is its ability to adjust its cleaning mode based on dirt levels thanks to its Dirt Detection technology. It will stop and wash its mopping pad more frequently when it encounters dust, while prioritizing carpeted areas for mopping with a damp pad.
The mop roller comes with several other clever features, such as docks that can be connected to the plumbing system in your home to wash and clean it without you having to refill the mop. With the built-in voice assistant on the S8 you can make use of voice commands to specify room cleaning modes and precise control with just your voice.
2. Yeedi Cube
If you're looking for a hands-off robot vacuum that has mopping capabilities the Yeedi Cube is one of the more flexible choices. It's one of a variety of combo robot vacuums that also include mops but comes at a cheaper price than many of the competitors.
Like all robovacs, the Yeedi Cube requires a little bit of work in order to get started, including setting up an account with the app of the manufacturer and connecting it to your WiFi network. Once you've done that, the machine will begin vacuuming and mopping with ease.
It's important to note that the mapping process may take some time and the Yeedi Cube may need a few attempts before it has a good picture of your room. The object detection feature is not perfect. It was able skirt around furniture and other obstacles however, it got stuck on a looser rug with tassels that it had to flip over to free itself. These are minor issues and the Yeedi Cube remains a great option for those looking for an all-purpose cleaning tool that can do everything.
3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete
The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete offers a three-in-1 home cleaning solution. Its advanced mopping features the ability to rotate in a manner similar to hand scrubbing, which results in floors that are truly cleaned, not just being swept. The detachable stick vacuum is a game-changer that allows you to reach areas that robot vacuums can't.
The model is basically identical to the popular X2 Omni, but with an a bit higher suction capacity of 8700Pa, and a few additional intelligent features. The upgraded RGBD sensor will learn to understand your home better and offer dynamic obstacles avoidance. The smart app allows you to customize a number of settings, including AI cleaning and virtual boundaries.
The X2 Combo is also self-prepping, with both the robot vacuum and mop returning to their charging station after each job to wash their pads and empty their dust bins and put the waste in bags that self-seal. 4. Eufy S1 Pro
The Eufy S1 Pro is a top-quality robot vacuum and mop that comes with impressive features at a reasonable price. It features an impressive 8,000 Pa suction, a rotary floor brush for carpets and an excellent obstacle avoidance. It also has an innovative mopping system which utilizes a continuous roller filled with water to pick up dirt and deposit it in the dirty water tank.
Its navigation system was efficient. It stayed clear of steps and walked close to walls without falling. However, it had trouble with fine-grained debris and didn't always get rid of raised thresholds for rooms. Its operating noise level is also quite high, so this model might not be as simple to set and forget as others.
As with most robotic hoovers vacuums and mops the S1 Pro comes with a docking station that allows you to replenish its clean water and empty its dust bin and mop pad, as well as wash and dry its mop. This makes upkeep easy and allows the S1 Pro to spend more time cleaning floors in regular schedules. Eufy's application lets you manage all the functions. It gives you an easy overview and a variety of configuration options.
5. Freo X Ultra
The Freo X Ultra is one of the top robot mowers and vacuums available, and offers an impressive mix of mopping and vacuuming performance. The LIDAR sensors for mapping can identify furniture legs, obstacles and other obstacles with reasonable precision. The application allows users to adjust the map coverage, set up no-go zones, and even alter the cleaning preferences. The Freo's brush is designed to stop hair from wrapping itself around it. This is an issue with a lot of robotic vacuums.
The Mop Mode also impresses, with Reuleaux triangular mop heads spinning at 180 RPM, while applying upward pressure of up to 12N. The mopping system has smart carpet detectors, which lift the pads up when they're near soft surfaces in order to prevent contamination.
The docking station acts as a hands-free maintenance centre that automatically washes and dries the mops and refills them with detergent and distilled water. The base station comes with an integrated dust processing system that compacts dust and allows seven weeks of maintenance free operation.
6. S10
This robot is just a few hundred dollars more expensive than the S8 and does an excellent job of keeping my home office clean. It can also reach the corners of my small apartment. It uses laser mapping system and camera to create a 3D-map of your home so it knows what to avoid. It has an object/obstacle detector that can avoid things like toys and dog bowls (but not poop) unlike most vacuums.
Other great features include a self-emptying dustbin as well as a mop that's self-washing and adjustable for water temperature and a side-reaching brush that can reach areas that other mops cannot reach. You can also adjust the settings for each room and create cleaning schedules.
Similar to the S8, it has multi-room smart mapping, and can distinguish between laminate flooring, carpets and hardwood with high-pile rugs. It also lets you skip mopping rooms that are not dirty if you're looking to save time. It's a great option when you have a mix of flooring in your home and aren't looking to spend the extra money on Roborock. Roborock with advanced mapping features.
7. Q5 Pro
This robot vacuum cleaners reviews is a great choice if you are looking for a robot that can perform regular maintenance and touch-ups for messy water stains. It comes with a variety of features such as a self-emptying dustbin and a separate dock for refilling water, as well as adjustable settings through the app. It's quite quiet, and it can navigate between furniture legs and socks with ease. It's unable to pick up knots in the rug and its battery drains more quickly than other models we tested.
The Q5 Pro, with a price of less than $250, is a beast that comes with powerful suction and convenient automation in a sleek. It didn't do as well in our vacuuming and mopping tests as the pricier Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra however, it did very well overall. It has a variety of cleaning options, ranging from the low-power 'Quiet mode for light debris to the incredibly powerful Turbo mode for carpeted areas. It will even automatically remove and reattach the mop pads without causing your carpets wet.
8. K10 Plus
The K10 Plus is an excellent robot mop and vacuum cleaner that can be used in smaller spaces. It's very quiet and fast and does a good robot vacuum job of getting around tight spots. It also does a very excellent job of pulling pet hair off carpeting.
It's smaller than many of its competitors, but doesn't sacrifice any features. It has a decent amount of suction power and it can be configured to take photos of every object it comes across (i.e. chew toys, socks) and mark them as 'not found in the app, so that they won't be taken up in subsequent cleanings. The photos are secure, and are not tied to your account.
It is great at vacuuming, but it's not so good at mopping. It makes use of disposable wet wipes that are clipped to the bottom of the bot, and it essentially drags them across your floor. Compare this to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra or Narwhal with water reservoirs and will automatically wash and attach their mophead.
